Our opinion
Cotton twill is a type of fabric that has micro oblique lines in the weft of the fabric more or less visible. In most cases, these lines are invisible unless you look at the fabric from less than 30cm away. For the minute culture, "serge" is a French word from Greek σηρικος (serikos), which means "made of silk".
Our opinion: this is a versatile white shirt for men: twill is a rather formal material but this one is absolutely not silky and can therefore be worn in casual version.
The thickness is well balanced: thick enough to be neither transparent nor too heavy: the shirt can be worn in any season.
