Our shirts are designed in France and made in Europe, in workshops selected after three years of research, accustomed to working with leading fashion houses. Each model is crafted in Portugal, under working conditions that meet the strictest European standards.

Our fabrics come from the finest Italian and Japanese mills. We use only 100% Egyptian two-ply cotton — a spinning process that makes the fabric softer, more wash-resistant and more pleasant to the touch than standard cotton. Each fabric is selected from over a dozen suppliers to keep only the very best.

No plastic whatsoever — not in our shirts, not in the packaging. Specifically:

• Buttons in natural mother-of-pearl (14L)
• Collar stays in wood
• Packaging in cardboard, kraft and corn starch
• No chemical treatments on the fabrics

Our shirts feature artisan finishes: English seams (invisible on the outside), 7 stitches per centimetre (versus 5 on standard shirts), cross-stitched buttons to withstand repeated washing, and bartack reinforcements at stress points. The Italian collar is rigid — it stays perfectly upright in any situation.

By controlling our entire supply chain — fabric selection, workshops, finishes — we cut out intermediaries and pass the savings on to the final price. The result: shirts from €58 with materials and finishes comparable to garments sold for two to three times more in shops.

Our shirts run true to size. The size corresponds to your neck circumference in centimetres (38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44). If you are between two sizes, we recommend going up. Use our Size Advisor tool — enter your height in cm, your weight and your fit preference to get a personalised recommendation in 30 seconds.

Our fit is slim — one of the most precise cuts on the market, while remaining comfortable for a full day's wear. The shirt is tapered at the waist for a clean silhouette. The collar is a short Italian collar, rigid, stays upright without starch and works equally well at the office or in the evening.

Our shirts are available from 36 to 44 (neck circumference in cm). Some styles may be temporarily unavailable in extreme sizes — availability is shown in real time on the product page.

Don't panic. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately via our contact page and we'll update the size directly. If it's already been shipped, you have 30 days to exchange it for the right size free of charge (see our returns policy).

We dispatch twice a day, Monday to Friday. Delivery is guaranteed in 24 to 48 hours in metropolitan France (Colissimo Suivi or Chronopost depending on the option chosen). A tracking email is sent as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your parcel directly from your account.

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union and many other countries. Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed automatically at checkout. Delivery times are generally 3 to 7 business days outside France.

Act fast! Go to My Account → My Orders and correct the address directly — you have a few minutes after checkout before your parcel is processed. If the parcel has already been dispatched, contact Colissimo or Chronopost with your tracking number to request a redirect (this service is chargeable and subject to availability).

First check your tracking number in your account — parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour or at a pick-up point if you were absent. If the tracking shows an anomaly for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Standard delivery is free in metropolitan France above a certain order value. The current threshold and exact rates are displayed on our delivery page and in your cart before checkout.

You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange your order, no questions asked. The shirt must be unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours (wrong item or defect).

• Select the relevant order and click "Return an item"
• Print the return slip and include it in your parcel
• Drop the parcel at your nearest post office or collection point

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return.

Yes — directly from your order history. Go to My Account → My Orders and click the reorder button next to the relevant order. You can reorder identically or adjust the size if needed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Premiere Manche gift cards. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption — your card details are never stored on our servers.

First double-check that your card details are correct (number, expiry, CVV). PayPal errors usually show a reason in the message (insufficient funds, limit exceeded). A "do not honour" error on card means your bank declined the transaction — contact them directly. If the issue is on our end, write to us.

Yes. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We store no banking data on our servers — payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified provider. The padlock in your address bar confirms the secure connection.

Registration is straightforward: all you need is your email address and a password of your choice. You can also check out as a guest without creating an account, but an account lets you track orders, access your history and benefit from exclusive offers.

To change your password: My Account → Personal information → Password.
If you've forgotten it: click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email and you'll receive a reset link within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. If you never received a confirmation email when you signed up, there may be a typo in the address. In that case, create a new account or contact us — we'll locate your order and link it.

Machine wash at maximum 30°C, on a delicate or cotton cycle. Avoid tumble drying — dry flat or on a hanger to maintain the shirt's shape. Our two-ply fabrics withstand repeated washing perfectly and keep their lustre.

Iron on a hot setting (200°C, or with steam). Recommended order: collar and button plackets first, then sleeves (start with the cuffs), then the body of the shirt. Our two-ply fabrics crease very little and iron easily — a few minutes is all you need for a flawless result.

If you follow the washing instructions (30°C, delicate cycle, no tumble dryer), our shirts do not shrink. Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimise shrinkage. If in doubt, wash at 30°C rather than 40°C for the first few washes.

With proper care, our shirts are designed to last several years. The English seams and 7 stitches per centimetre guarantee wash resistance well above the market average. Our customers regularly report shirts worn and washed hundreds of times — still impeccable.
