Should you have any trouble with one of our products, please contact us via email and we will arrange an exchange. However, products that have been worn or washed will not be exchanged

Refund or exchange

After we have received your returns at our warehouse, we will refund the products' purchase amount within 10 days. Your exchanged product will be re-shipped 1-2 business days after we received your return.
