The return label is prepaid — it is sent automatically by e-mail as soon as you submit your return request online.

You pay nothing upfront. Simply drop off the parcel at a post office or pickup point.

  3. Select the reason (size exchange, change of mind…)
  4. Confirm — the prepaid label arrives by e-mail
  5. Print, stick, drop at a post office
  6. Refund within 5 to 7 business days after receipt

Frequently asked questions

First check the tracking link in your dispatch e-mail or from My account → My orders. If you were absent, carriers often leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a pickup point without leaving a notice — check these first. If tracking has been stuck for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will immediately open an investigation with the carrier.
Yes, but act immediately — we dispatch twice a day and the window is very short. Log in to My account → My orders: if the order is still "In preparation", contact us directly by phone at 09 83 64 89 99 or urgently by e-mail. If it has already been dispatched, contact Colissimo or Chronopost directly with your tracking number.
The Chronopost Express option guarantees delivery D+1 in mainland France for any order dispatched before the last collection of the day. For an order placed before 1 pm on a business day, dispatch takes place the same day and delivery is guaranteed the next business day. Delays may be slightly extended during peak periods (holidays, sales).
Yes — Mondial Relay is available at €6.90 for mainland France. Choose this option at the delivery step when you order and select a pickup point near you. This is the most economical option, with a lead time of 2 to 4 business days.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. The shirt must be unworn, unwashed and tagged. The return is completely free — a prepaid label is sent automatically by e-mail as soon as you make your request online.
The refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse. A confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as it is triggered. Then allow an additional 2 to 5 days depending on your bank for the transfer to appear on your statement. Maximum total time: 12 to 14 business days after drop-off.
